Map of Free Parking
Most of the spots in Downtown Hartford are metered. But some are free. To locate them you can use the SpotAngels map before navigating to your desired area.

Hartford Parking Rules:
Hartford has some nice parking rules. Most of the metered spots are free of charge on weekends.
Parking meters are enforced Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Rush Hour: There are a bunch of meters around town that are no parking from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and again from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Unfortunately, Hartford does not offer free parking in metered areas on Holidays
