How much is parking near the Orpheum Theatre?
There are a few different parking options at Orpheum theater. Scope out a spot at one of the many parking garages in the vicinity, where you’ll pay between $20 to $40.
The Fifth and Mission parking garage, one of the largest in the city, will have a high likelihood of open spots. Alternatively, check out the Mason O’ Ferrel Garage at 325 Mason st., or the SOMA Grand Parking Garage at 1160 Mission St for parking spots.
What about free parking?
There aren’t a ton of reliable options for free parking near the Orpheum Theatre. If you get lucky and find some open street spots, check nearby signs for any time limits or parking restrictions. We recommend one of the many nearby parking garages as a first option.

There are some metered street parking spots available near the Orpheum Theatre. Keep in mind that parking meters are enforced Monday – Saturday. Most of the meters operate between 9 am – 6 pm, but this will vary by area, so just be sure to keep an eye out for signs that have more specific information. That also means Sunday is free!
Unfortunately, there isn’t guaranteed on-site parking for patrons, but the availability of parking garages and street parking nearby should give you enough options that are also walking distance to the Orpheum Theatre.
